Our Process
01
Consultation & Design
An MLB representative will collaborate with you to design and finalize the details of your project. Additionally, we will conduct a site feasibility visit to evaluate the location of your project and identify any potential issues or complications.
02
Proposal & Payment
After the site feasibility has been assessed and the final details have been confirmed, a proposal will be presented to you containing all the details of the project along with full pricing. Signature of this proposal and down payment being made will initiate the project.
03
Project Kickoff
Your assigned project manager will reach out to you to schedule a project kickoff site walk. This site walk will finalize details like location, access, and any items that need to be removed or relocated.
04
Construction
The project manager will coordinate and manage all elements of the construction process including, timing, location, and to ensure everything is built to spec. Any questions about the construction process during this period are to be directed to the project manager who will serve as your single point of contact.
05
Project Completion
Upon completion of all aspects of the project there will be a final walkthrough with you, your project manager, and a representative of MLB. Any punch list items will be addressed and once those punch list items are finished the project will officially be completed and final payment will be due.
